Had iced coffee with two different types of ice cream in it and frozen yogurt with walnuts. Both very tasty and at a good price.

Cozy atmosphere, delicious ice cream BUT the man who took our order was questionable ... Either he didn't understand us, or he wasn't in the mood or an extra request is not possible in the restaurant. In any case, our request to put some fruit on the children's cup was rejected as "we didn't". That's really ridiculous. We'll look for another ice cream parlor next time. What a shame

The waitress almost the money and then the waffle on etc. I avoid this shop from now on ... my children were not allowed to eat the waffle ... explain that to children who absolutely want ice cream at Münsterplatz ....

Staff totally unprofessional. You ask for plain water, they bring you sour water and you say that you didn't ask for it, they bring you plain water and all the charges. The ice cream is weird and tasteless.

The taste of ice cream was okay to good. Unfortunately, a ball costs € 1.50. The size of the balls was "normal"

Rip off absolutely. Amarena cup consists of 2 scoops of ice cream with 1kg of cream. To ask for 7.50 is brazen. The mask requirement is not really complied with here either.

I would like to give 0 stars. Unhygenisvh and rude. In the current situation it is absolutely incomprehensible to come so close to the guests without a mask and then your eyes will be rolled when you address this. I will report this to the responsible authorities! Especially since the hygiene behind the counter also leaves something to be desired. Touch up cash and give out the waffle ... And all the time. Cozy, beautiful view, delicious ice chocolate, everything was great. A little tip on the side: do not sit under the lamp, danger of pigeons !!!

We drank coffee and a cappuccino were good. I am a bit difficult with cappuccino and for me it was not perfect, but it was average. I drank much smaller cappuccino in Italy, where it should always be perfect with the right balance of foam and milk. Furthermore it must be borne in mind that the Germans prefer that the cappuccino has more milk than foam. I advise.

Dark chocolate very tasty. Bianco & Nero tasted rather artificial For € 1.30 per ball, the ball could be bigger. Maybe I had no luck here, with other guests it looked a bit bigger. Nevertheless, only 3 stars for me. You can do it, but there are certainly better ice cream parlors in Ulm.

The ice cream was mediocre and the service absolutely awful! Maybe the worst waitress in Germany. She was rude, couldn't do her job and she had very bad behavior. She refused to bring a simple ice cream with just two balls because it was not in the menu and she told me that I have to go inside and wait on the queue behind a group of 15 students. I find it rediculous that she could bring outside only the half order. Also, even though the Café is in the center of Ulm opposite the most touristic attraction of the city, nobody can speak English. Unfortunately the Café was a big disappointment and their behavior completely unprofessional.
